Arnold & Itkin LLP represents Jasper Smith, a Jones Act seaman from Alabama, who was seriously injured while working as a ring setter for Daybrook Fisheries. On September 29, 2008, the captain of his pogey boat crashed their vessel into an Exxon Mobil platform located off the coast of Louisiana. The force of the collision slammed Mr. Smith into a freezer.
