Kurt Arnold

Kurt Arnold is a founding partner of Arnold & Itkin.  Since starting his own firm, Kurt has achieved substantial verdicts and settlement for his clients. Kurt has successfully represented seriously injured persons, families of wrongfully killed workers, and numerous people in wide ranging disputes. Kurt has handled cases in over twenty states and in front of juries, judges, and arbitration tribunals. In the past two years, Kurt has tried more than twenty cases.

 

Jason Itkin

Jason Itkin is a  founding partner of Arnold & Itkin LLP. Since 2004 Jason has won victories for seriously injured people, families of wrongfully killed workers, and numerous other people involved in legal battles.  In the last two years, Jason has gone to trial more than 18 times. About half of the cases settled during trial while the others were tried to verdict.   In a survey of his legal peers published by Texas Monthly magazine, Jason was named a "Texas Rising Star” and has also been included in H Texas’s "Top Lawyers for the People" list.

 

Cory Itkin

Cory Itkin aggressively represents personal injury plaintiffs in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Following law school, Cory worked at a prestigious Houston litigation firm. After working on one of the firm’s rare plaintiffs’ cases, he recognized that his passion and talents were better suited to representing victims. Since then, Cory joined Arnold & Itkin LLP and devoted his practice to helping families get their lives back on track and recover the compensation they deserve.

 

Mike Pierce

Mike Pierce has extensive experience in handling cases involving medical malpractice, insurance coverage disputes, worker's compensation, and ERISA wrongful denial of benefits claims. Throughout his practice, Mike has always focused on providing innovative and persuasive solutions to legal problems, with a particular focus on preparing cases for trial.

 



Lisa Sechelski

Lisa Sechelski represents clients in all types of personal injury cases, focusing her practice in maritime personal injury claims. She has studied this area of the law extensively and her knowledge of the offshore industry makes her a valuable addition to Arnold & Itkin, LLP. In addition, Lisa authored a published article on the effects of the growing trend of using forum selection clauses in seamen's contracts.
